File Management
Using e-flo's File Management tool is a very simple way of storing all of your documents online where you can access them from anywhere in the world.
It's particularly useful for storing all of your website documents and images in one place, where you can update them and then re-upload to the site.
For instance, if you have a series of newsletters that go out seasonally, you can store the one's that you're not using at that particular time and refer to them later.
If you have multiple users set for managing your website, they are also able to have access to these documents. It creates and area where you can share documents very easily.
All your files will be completely secure through e-flo. We have a long standing partnership with Thawte to provide SSL certificates for data encryption.
We have a private network with Dell PowerEdge servers running Windows 2003, a SQL Server 2005 database and Cisco Firewall. Our servers are housed externally, within a purpose built data centre.
